“ Tucked just to the left of the main entrance of Aman Central, Black Canyon offers a pleasant dining spot that’s both welcoming and well-organised. The restaurant is cleverly divided into two sections—an indoor area with a southbound view and an open-air space. We opted for the open space, which turned out to be a great choice. It was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Alor Setar Tower adding to the ambience. Service was impressively quick and professional. The waitresses were attentive and efficient, and the highlight for my children was the adorable robot waiter that brought an extra dose of fun to the meal. We ordered Pad Kra Pow, stir-fried vegetables with prawns, and fried rice. Each dish was delicious, with the vegetables standing out as especially fresh and flavourful. The drinks were equally satisfying, rounding off a hearty and memorable lunch. “ One of the popular Thai restaurants at Aman Central. Don't mistake it as Western restaurant although it sounds like a Texas Cowboys hometown. You cannot miss their popular Thai dishes such as Padthai, fried rice, thai salads, green curry etc. They also offer a wide selection of drinks, coffee, Thai milk tea etc. The price is reasonable and affordable. They have both AC and outdoor seating. And now they serve using the robots. Only one reminder, like all Thai food, their dishes are full with "Uncle Roger's favorite powder", do remember to order another glass of drink if you need any. ”

“ today i go to hav my breakfast n i ordered prawn tomyam but the prawn‘s head is black n the soup isn’t hot n the prawn isn’t fresh at all I know not fresh prawn is normal lah but the prawn’s head is already black leh n the soup also tasteless ”

“ Getting my lunch there as I arrived at Aman Central around 2 pm. The outlet was almost full with customers. The staffs handled it smoothly, food preparation takes only around 20 minutes per table. I ordered Chicken Padkrapaw for my meals of the day. But the only cut back is the padkrapaw are too dry, and there is a burnt smell rather than wok hei, maybe the chef rushed as lots of orders need to be settled. As for food, my honest rating would be only 3 stars, but due to great attitude by the staffs, it deserved 4 stars in total. Hopefully, the management will improved in the future. ”

“ We're first timers visiting this restaurant and were extremely surprised with, not just the food but the hospitality as well. They offer varieties of dishes from grilled salmon to mostly thai dishes. We ordered green curry chicken, salted kailan, fried omelette with minced chicken (this was excellent!!) and basil chicken. Amazing taste and worth the visit. Will definitely return for more on my next trip all the way from Johor ! ”
